Abstract receivables and trade-credit control system

Hybrid credit policy

A measured path from $20K to as much as $500K.

Every approved trade account begins with a governed $20,000 limit. After at least 60 days of on-time payments, no past-due receivables, and manual administrator review, assigned NET 60 and NET 90 accounts may qualify for an increase up to $500,000. NET 5, 10, 15, and 30 accounts retain the established $30,000 ceiling.

Business application and administrator review
$20,000 controlled starting exposure
60-day on-time, no-past-due evaluation
$500,000 reserved for approved NET 60/90

Account-bound eligibility

Terms are enforced from the authenticated customer profile—not a public dropdown.

Due-date precision

Invoices and recurring subscriptions carry the approved number of days until due.

Portfolio oversight

Administrators see applications, exposure, payment history, and upgrade eligibility.

Potential credit reporting

Accurate reporting requires real agreements.

KASH FLOWZ is evaluating consumer and commercial data-furnishing relationships. No account activity is promised to be reported unless an account-specific notice confirms that reporting is active.

Consumer agencies

Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, and Innovis

Any consumer furnishing would be subject to agency enrollment and agreements, applicable law, written accuracy and integrity procedures, and required dispute handling.

Commercial agencies

Equifax Commercial, Experian Business, and Dun & Bradstreet

Commercial reporting would require separate onboarding, technical acceptance, accurate records, dispute processes, and account-specific disclosure. D-U-N-S is Dun & Bradstreet’s nine-digit business identifier—not a separate agency.

Important: Reporting is not automatic, is not guaranteed to every listed agency, and does not guarantee that a payment will establish, improve, or change any credit file or score. Availability depends on executed agency agreements, enrollment, technical requirements, applicable law, data quality, dispute operations, and the notice provided for the specific account. Compliance language should be reviewed by qualified U.S. counsel before active furnishing begins.
